Pick Up & Delivery Details

Delivery starts at $100 and is based on the distance from our Roseville location. The final delivery fee will be calculated during your quote and includes transportation to and from your event location.

Absolutely, you’re welcome to pick up your rental order from our Roseville location to save on delivery fees. Pick up is available by appointment, and we’ll provide all the details you need before your scheduled pick up time.

Yes! We deliver to a variety of event venues, including parks and multi level buildings with elevator access. For the safety of our team and equipment we do not transport rental items up or down stairs. Please let us know about any access requirements when requesting your quote so we can plan accordingly.
Items will need to be delivered to an area at your event that is convenient for our driver. Delivery will need to be in close proximity of the delivery truck. We will not drop off to the far end of a property or any areas we deem unsafe.

Most of our rentals are designed for easy self set up, so set up and tear down are not included. The exception is our floral walls and concession machines, which includes set up to ensure they’re installed safely and ready for your event.

To help ensure a smooth and timely pick up, we ask that all rental items be broken down (chairs and tables cleaned and folded, yard games placed in their bags, and snack machines cleaned ) and returned to the same general location, and in the same condition in which they were originally delivered. This allows our team to efficiently load your rental items and stay on schedule for other events.
If our team is required to gather items from multiple locations, move furniture back to the pick up area, or breakdown items that were not prepared for pick up, an inconvenience fee equal to 25% of your total rental order will be charged to the card on file.
