Delete Your Snap a Plate Account
Snap a Plate users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Snap a Plate account, email:

Please send the request from the same email address associated with your Snap a Plate account so we can verify that you are the account owner.
What Will Be Deleted
After your request is verified and processed, information associated with your Snap a Plate account may be deleted, including:
Your Snap a Plate account and profile information
Uploaded food photos associated with your account
AI-generated recipes associated with your account
Recipes saved in your Recipe Book
Edits and other user-created recipe information associated with your account
Certain limited information may be retained when required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your Snap a Plate account may not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple, Google, or another payment provider.
If you have an active subscription, please also cancel it through the platform where you purchased it to prevent future renewal.
We'll provide additional subscription-management instructions when paid subscriptions become available.
